As a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (On-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future.
What you will do in this roleIn everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people - our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat, other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
- Follow all the processes and procedures of the project.

- Are bilingual or fluent in German and have an advanced level of English.
- Have experience in Customer Service.
- Have an exceptionally polite manner - you'll be speaking to people all day from a variety of backgrounds.
- Are highly IT literate - you'll be working with a range of internal and external software packages.
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
- Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.
- Have the ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls.
- Are a cycling enthusiast with in-depth knowledge of the sport and its unique insurance needs.
- Know your way around the mechanics of a bicycle.

- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Salary 22.000 euros gross/year + up to 2400 euros gross/year in bonus.
