Job Description We are seeking a renewals sales leader to lead our EMEA South Renewals organisation. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving the retention and growth of our existing customer base through strategic renewal execution. As the Director of Renewals , you will partner closely with regional Sales leadership to design and operationalise a cohesive renewals sales strategy that supports our enterprise customers and delivers sustainable recurring revenue. Renewals are the lifeblood of our SaaS business , and we’re looking for a leader who can champion a high-performing renewals motion , elevate team capability, and deliver against retention and upsell targets while fostering strong cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. Own and lead the EMEA South renewals sales strategy, driving accountability for achieving retention and growth targets across the region. Partner with EMEA Renewals leadership to align strategy, share best practices, and standardise renewal processes across regions.
