Job Description As we continue to evolve our platform, expand our product ecosystem, and embed AI more deeply into how we operate, we are strengthening our Solutions Architecture capability to bridge business strategy and engineering execution. This Solution Architect sits at the heart of that journey. It plays a critical role in shaping our long‑term architecture, ensuring our platforms remain scalable, resilient, agentic‑AI enabled, and API‑driven, while enabling product teams to move fast with confidence. The role has a direct impact on how we design systems, govern architectural decisions, introduce AI‑enabled patterns, and turn complex business needs into pragmatic, future‑proof solutions that support EcoVadis’ growth and innovation agenda. Communicate with business, analyze and suggest efficient solutions based on their requirements; Define and maintain architecture roadmap, technical solutions for new and existing functionality for each part of the projects; Lead the design of API‑first and contract‑driven architectures, ensuring APIs are consistent, well‑governed, reusable, and aligned with domain boundaries; Deliver architectural services, including guidance and conceptual design as well as technical and process innovations; Contribute to the definition and implementation of AI‑enabled architectural patterns, such as agent orchestration, tool‑based reasoning, workflow automation, and human‑in‑the‑loop systems; Investigate latest technology and build quick Proof of Concept functionalities to address future business needs; Preparing, improving and introducing new approaches/methodologies/tools and techniques within department; Preparing, reviewing and validating software technical blueprints. Govern architecture decisions and tech implementation. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect or Lead/Chief Architect role; Deep expertise in API strategy, API management and API design, including RESTful and event‑based APIs, contract‑first design, versioning strategies, backward compatibility, and API lifecycle management; Practical experience or strong exposure to Agentic AI architectures, including: LLM‑based systems and tool‑augmented agents, Agent orchestration, workflows, and decision automation; Proven experience in designing, building and maintaining microservices architectures with a deep understanding of best practices, design patterns, and principles for highly decoupled and scalable systems; Excellent knowledge of all aspects software engineering process, including Coding, Testing, Deployment, Scalability, Security, Maintainability; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft stack (.Net, .Net Core, Web API, SQL Server, Azure); Extensive experience in defining and enforcing architectural patterns (SOA, CQRS, Event Sourcing etc.); Demonstrated ability to apply strategies for efficient communication, data consistency, and resilience across microservices, including experience with API design, message‑based communication, and event‑driven architectures; Solid experience in implementing observability, monitoring, and logging solutions to effectively track system performance, diagnose issues, and ensure the health and stability of our SaaS applications, with knowledge of popular tools and frameworks for these purposes; Experience in working with global and regional projects, virtual expert teams, appreciating local differences and adapting to differences in cultures; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency in English.
