We’re now seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and scale the next generation of our AI‑powered PR and content automation platform. Role Overview As a Fullstack Engineer at Pressmaster.ai, you will design, build, and scale our core platform — from backend APIs and data layers to modern, high‑performance interfaces. You’ll work closely with product, design, QA, and project management to deliver features that blend usability, reliability, and intelligent automation. Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable backend and frontend features using TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL. Develop robust APIs and backend logic with strong performance and security principles. Implement clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code. Contribute to architectural decisions — including data modeling, service design, and performance optimization. Integrate AI‑powered capabilities into product features (via APIs, embeddings, vector stores, or other interfaces). Delivery & Collaboration Work closely with Product, QA, and Project Management to understand requirements and shape technical solutions. Participate in planning, estimating, and providing technical insights for new features in Linear. Support QA in debugging, testing, and verifying complex scenarios. Communicate proactively about risks, dependencies, and timelines. Quality, Performance & Automation Improve backend, frontend, and database performance. Maintain strong CI/CD practices for predictable and safe releases. Implement automation to improve developer efficiency and system stability. Identify and reduce points of technical debt and architectural friction. Product & Domain Stay aligned with Pressmaster’s domain: AI‑driven content, PR automation, and thought leadership workflows. Build features that improve user experience, credibility, and content efficiency. Ensure the platform remains intuitive, fast, and reliable for creators and agencies. Requirements 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience. Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS. Experience with RESTful API development. Solid knowledge of backend and frontend architecture. Understanding of SaaS systems, CI/CD, and modern development patterns. Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities (OpenAI, embeddings, vector stores, agents, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly. Experience in fast‑paced startup environments with ownership‑driven culture. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for AI, automation, and building meaningful, user‑centric products. Nice‑to‑Have Experience with Neo4j or building semantic/knowledge graphs. Experience with voice agents (e.g., ElevenLabs, Hume, VAPI). Familiarity with LangGraph, agentic frameworks, or workflow orchestration tools. Experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, Secrets Manager, etc.). Experience implementing observability or monitoring (Sentry, Datadog, OpenTelemetry). Background in content automation, PR tech, or creator tools.
