The Front Office department is the first contact for our guests upon arrival and therefore contributes to forming their first impression. It is a friendly and open‑minded department whose main objective is to meet or even exceed guests’ expectations by attending to their needs and guaranteeing excellent service. Our reception team includes the following positions: Front Desk (Agent, Night Agent & Supervisor): performs check‑in and check‑out tasks, processes payments, resolves queries and follows up on comments and suggestions from hotel guests. Guest Relations & Concierge (Agent & Supervisor): ensure that all guests have a unique, memorable and personalised experience at the resort based on surprise and anticipation. They assist guests with any special requests they may need and are knowledgeable about the latest trends, lifestyle and events on the island. Bellboys or Guest Services (Agent & Supervisor): welcomes guests to the hotel, takes care of luggage upon arrival and departure and escorts them to their rooms. Telephone Operator: handles incoming calls from the hotel in a friendly and polite manner and answers any queries and questions you may have.
