What we'd like you to do Drive strategic business development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities that fuel company growth. Lead business development initiatives, building strong relationships with clients and prospects. Manage and nurture cross-cultural client relationships, ensuring trust, collaboration, and long-term partnerships. Act as a collaborative leader across teams worldwide, influencing without formal authority and fostering alignment on strategic initiatives. Anticipate trends, opportunities, and risks in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Continuously improve business development approaches with an AI-first mindset, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and insight. Be a best-in-class Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and consistent pipeline management. What we'd like you to bring Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, ideally with exposure to strategic accounts or international clients. Experience and knowledge of client businesses and competitive markets, with the ability to anticipate trends and identify growth opportunities. Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly, present to clients, and propose innovative services. Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate projects across multiple departments, collaborating effectively with diverse teams. Proactivity, enthusiasm, and commercial drive, committed to delivering excellent business outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience using CRM tools as a core part of daily work, ensuring accurate pipeline management and data integrity. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred. Experience with AI tools and digital platforms is a plus.
