¿Cuál será tu misión?

Impulsarás nuevas unidades de negocio: Llevarás proyectos críticos desde su concepción hasta la implementación, asegurando su contribución al crecimiento de Innovamat en España.
Liderarás estrategia y ejecución: Desarrollarás y coordinarás una estrategia operativa integral para la expansión y creación de nuevas oportunidades en el mercado, enfocándote en el sector de educación secundaria. También medirás y evaluarás el impacto de las estrategias implementadas, proponiendo ajustes basados en datos y resultados.
Fomentarás relaciones clave: Identificarás y desarrollarás relaciones sólidas con administraciones públicas, instituciones educativas y personas claves dentro del sector.
Analizarás el mercado: Detectarás áreas de mejora y adaptarás las soluciones de Innovamat a las necesidades de los centros educativos y docentes.
Gestionarás cuentas clave: Te encargarás end-to-end de algunas cuentas de nuestros clientes principales para poder familiarizarte con el negocio y con el mercado de secundaria. Aparte, también conocerás el producto y la didáctica del proyecto.
Serás la cara visible: Llevarás a cabo presentaciones y propuestas comerciales adaptadas a las particularidades de los centros educativos de secundaria y representarás el proyecto en eventos, conferencias o ferias del sector educativo.
Tu rol será clave para la expansión del proyecto: Reportarás directamente al Country Manager de España, y colaborarás estrechamente con los Regional Managers en el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio, tanto en Existing Business como en New Business.
