About The Role The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term. We're looking for a Regulatory Legal Counsel to join our growing team. You'll use your expertise in financial regulations to advise on compliance and legal issues around supply chain finance. What You'll Be Doing Acting as the primary legal advisor for the design and structuring of trade finance products, including receivables and payables solutions globally Drafting, maintaining, and continuously updating the core suite of trade finance template legal agreements and standard documentation regulated by English law Advising business and risk teams on legal risks and enforcement considerations inherent to trade finance structures and securitisation transactions across markets Managing and owning the legal work stream for global expansion of trade finance features Structuring, negotiating, and advising on legal documentation for partnerships with external funding partners and risk distribution What You'll Need 6+ years of PQE Experience either in‑house or in private practice advising on trade finance/supply chain finance Expertise in drafting documentation regulated by English law Excellent academic and law firm credentials Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset Confidence in making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete information Broad‑based credit knowledge, including experience advising clients or internal stakeholders on a variety of trade finance products and securitisation transactions Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
