About the Role : We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Game Operations Manager to grow Xiaomi's global mobile gaming and app distribution business through GetApps, Xiaomi's official app store. In this role, you'll manage daily game operations, lead growth campaigns, and work closely with developers to boost installs, engagement, and revenue across Xiaomi's key international markets. This position combines game publishing, user growth, and strategic partnerships, perfect for someone who loves gaming and understands how to turn great games into global success stories. What You'll Do : Develop and execute growth strategies to increase downloads, retention, and revenue for mobile games on GetApps. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of games, from launch and promotion to live operations and performance optimization. Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, adtech, and partnerships to support developer success. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and ad monetization teams to optimize performance. Build long-term relationships with global and regional game developers, co-creating campaigns to drive visibility and monetization. Represent Xiaomi's app store and ad ecosystem in external partnerships and negotiations. What We're Looking For : 2+ years of experience in game operations, publishing, growth marketing, or user acquisition. Proven record in increasing installs, engagement, or in-app revenue within the gaming or app ecosystem. Deep understanding of mobile gaming trends, app store ecosystems, and ad monetization models. Excellent command of English, with Spanish Data-driven, proactive, and passionate about the mobile and digital growth space. Preferred Experience : Experience working with top mobile game publishers or managing live operations for high-performing titles. Familiarity with OEM or app store growth, mobile ad mediation, or subscription-based models. Prior exposure to international app markets, particularly in Europe or CIS regions.
