About the Role: We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Athens, Greece We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English. Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.
