Join to apply for the Sourcing Manager role at BayerAt Bayer we’re visionaries, driven to solve the world’s toughest challenges and striving for a world where Health for all, Hunger for none is no longer a dream, but a real possibility.Responsibilities Sourcing: Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads.Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise.Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business management.Experience: Several years of relevant experience in procurement operations or supply chain management with focus on strategic sourcing.
