IT Infrastructure Engineer Rol en el sector industrial, Cantabria. Ubicación: Santander (1 día de teletrabajo) Sobre nuestro cliente Empresa especializada en el diseño y fabricación de sistemas de calefacción y refrigeración industrial para los sectores industrial / oil\&gas. Sobre el perfil Buscamos un IT Infrastructure Engineer responsable de soportar y mantener la infraestructura de TI y las tecnologías de Digital Workplace, garantizando una experiencia de usuario eficiente y de alta calidad. Responsabilidades Administración y soporte de infraestructura local y cloud (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, VMware / Hyper‑V). Gestión de redes LAN / WAN / Wi‑Fi, conectividad y almacenamiento. Soporte y despliegue de tecnologías de puesto de trabajo (portátiles, móviles, impresoras, salas de reuniones y herramientas SaaS). Soporte técnico y operativo de aplicaciones empresariales, incluyendo ERP. Resolución avanzada de incidencias y actuación como punto de escalamiento técnico. Soporte presencial y remoto a usuarios finales. Mantenimiento de documentación técnica y cumplimiento de procesos ITIL. Participación en mejora continua y optimización de servicios de TI. Requisitos (H / M / D) Experiencia en Infraestructura y Operaciones de TI Digital Workplace. Experiencia previa dando soporte a sistemas ERP. Conocimientos sólidos en sistemas, redes y troubleshooting. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborativa en entornos globales. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente. Certificaciones Microsoft / CompTIA (deseables). Nivel alto de inglés. Qué ofrecemos Formar parte de un grupo internacional en crecimiento donde valoramos a las personas. Horario: L - J (8:00h - 17:45h) y V (8:00h - 14:00h) / Agosto jornada intensiva (8:00h - 15:00h). Proyecto profesional a largo plazo. 30 días de vacaciones.
