Overview Desde Q-tech estamos colaborando con una compañía internacional líder, con más de 10.000 empleados y presencia en más de 20 países, reconocida por su enfoque industrial, su estabilidad y su fuerte apuesta por la transformación digital y la gestión avanzada del dato.La organización se encuentra en un momento clave: está consolidando un modelo global de datos, con el objetivo de disponer de un único punto de verdad , mejorar la calidad y trazabilidad de la información y estandarizar procesos a nivel internacional. Para ello, trabaja con un ecosistema tecnológico basado en Azure, Databricks, Unity Catalog y Microsoft Purview, y está reforzando su área de Data Solutions.En este contexto, buscan incorporar un/a Data Governance Specialist que contribuya de forma directa a definir e implantar el marco global de gobierno del dato , colaborando con equipos técnicos y de negocio en distintos países y participando en un proyecto con impacto real y recorrido a largo plazo.Responsibilities Implantar y mantener políticas, estándares y procesos de gobierno del dato.Gestionar catálogo, glosario, data lineage y clasificación.Asegurar la calidad, integridad y trazabilidad del dato.Coordinar con equipos BI, Data Engineers y negocio para garantizar consistencia global.Impulsar la cultura del dato mediante formación y buenas prácticas.Integrar herramientas como Purview y Unity Catalog con modelos semánticos y master data.Qualifications 5 años en funciones de Data Governance / Data Management.Experiencia con Unity Catalog, Purview, Data Lineage, Data Quality.Conocimiento del ecosistema Databricks / Azure (no desarrollo, pero sí arquitectura y buen gobierno).Inglés avanzado (entorno totalmente internacional).What This Role Offers Rol estratégico en una transformación global real.Modelo híbrido flexible.Viajes puntuales (2 días cada 1–2 meses) a Alemania.Banda salarial alrededor de 60.000 €#J-18808-Ljbffr
