About the job We are looking for a hands‑on Game Producer who not only manages people and processes, but also jumps into the game to build content: set up monsters and other creatures, tweak configs, verify integrations, and ask the right questions about what and why the team is building. Developing MMO games is very challenging . In our view it is as much rewarding. We want to find someone who shares our passion for challenge and excellence to enjoy this path together. Responsibilities Own production for an MMO RPG feature area (roadmaps, scope, risks, delivery). Implement & tune gameplay content (creatures, events, loot, NPCs, etc.) directly in editor/tools. Keep the team aligned: clear specs, fast unblockers, transparent status/risks. Turn playtests/metrics into actionable follow‑ups; support QA & live ops. Requirements Released titles while working as a Game Producer (PC/console preferred, online/live a plus). Real experience inside a game engine or proprietary tools (content implementation, parameter tuning, basic scripting, etc.). Enjoy the \"behind the scenes of Corepunk\".
