Join MUFG’s Global Human Resources Solutions Division as a Vice President, HR Analytics Consultant based in Madrid. In this senior leadership role you will use your expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning and Anaplan to support cross‑functional initiatives for the organization. Overview MUFG is one of the world’s leading financial groups with a global network of 2,000+ locations. The Global HR Solutions team is a flexible, agile internal consulting function that delivers data‑driven insights and HR analytics to our global workforce. Responsibilities Lead internal consulting engagements that provide project and cyclical process support, including strategic projects (e.g., transformation initiatives, new services, process improvement, regulatory programmes) and year‑end or talent‑review processes. Support payroll processing for German and MBE payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and internal controls. Act as Lead Model Builder for MUFG’s Anaplan platform and deliver modelling solutions across the organization. Lead initiatives to improve global HR workforce‑planning and modelling effectiveness. Provide data‑based analytic reviews and advice to global stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders across the global HR team to embed a data‑first mindset and support strategic, data‑driven decision‑making. Lead and mentor the model‑building team, developing their skills and capabilities. Plan, design, develop and execute engagement activities and deliverables, including: Lead workstreams, manage project plans, produce deliverables and coordinate stakeholder interactions. Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, produce findings and recommendations. Facilitate interviews, focus groups, listening sessions and working sessions with clients and stakeholders.
