The Valencia plant focuses on Aerospace, Industrial and Healthcare sectors, producing and assembling high‑complexity products.Location: Valencia, Spain (Hybrid remote) – working from La Pobla De Vallbona within the City of Valencia.Job DescriptionAs a technical lead in the Design and Engineering Services (D&ES) department, you will independently drive hardware conception, design and build of new products and systems. You will perform and supervise circuit design, electrical diagram creation, component selection, PCB layout, simulations, measurements, trials, and evaluation of design options. You will mentor junior developers, manage project scope, quality and schedule, and maintain compliance with internal and external standards.In addition, you will serve as the primary liaison with customers’ technical teams, leading meetings, presenting progress, and proposing solutions that overcome engineering challenges.ResponsibilitiesLead hardware design, including circuit schematics, board layout, and component selection.Conduct simulation, testing, and verification of design options and reference designs.Mentor junior engineers and ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.Coordinate with customer technical teams, lead meetings, and present design progress.Collaborate with manufacturers and manage design data in centralized databases.Required SkillsProven experience in electronic circuit design, component selection, datasheet evaluation, and electrical diagram creation (digital and analog).Proficiency in multi‑layer PCB layout (10+ layers) with impedance control, high‑speed routing (DDR4, USB3.0, PCIe, etc.), and differential pairs.Experience in RF and matching network design for ISM, Bluetooth, NFC.Knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.Hands‑on experience with Cadence Allegro Design Entry and PCB Designer; familiarity with version control and DDBB tools is a plus.Fluent in English (written and oral).Leadership experience coordinating small electronics development teams.Direct interaction experience with customers’ technical teams.Experience in electronic circuit verification and acceptance test procedures.Familiarity with collaboration with electronic part manufacturers.BenefitsMarket‑competitive total rewards.Opportunities to innovate, mentor, and shape career success.Global leader environment with collaborative culture.Focus on sustainability and community engagement.OtherWork atmosphere is open and collaborative.
