What You Will Do Organize and supervise the simulation team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Define and prioritize simulation tasks for engine performance, emissions, fuel efficiency, and drivability. Act as the main contact for simulation software providers, managing licenses and technical support. Audit and validate simulation outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Develop and implement best practices for simulation workflows and methodologies. What We’re Looking For A proven track record in powertrain simulation and leading simulation teams. Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree; Master or PhD in hybrid engine efficiency/emissions preferred. Excellent skills in AVL Cruise M and GT-Power/Suite for simulation and analysis. Strong competencies in team leadership and technical rigor, with a collaborative approach. Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
