North America Stores Marketing helps customers discover and engage with new popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing, and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside advanced tools for marketers. We are seeking a motivated entrepreneurial, data-driven and curious Product Marketing Manager GenAI to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for partnering closely with our Tech and Creative partners to scale our agentic and tech products across global marketing teams. This role will lead the marketing scaling roadmap in partnership with Tech leads on what marketing tasks could benefit from Agentic AI across non-US regions (e.g. EU, Japan, India, Canada, Mexico) as well as training global Marketers across Amazon once AI functionality is available. They will lead a feedback loop from Marketers to tech to continue optimizing Agentic AI to ensure marketing best practices are maintained. Key job responsibilities Lead the marketing roadmap for scaling our AI solutions and tech products across global Amazon Partner internally with team members to conduct experiments leveraging Agentic AI Conduct lunch and learns across marketing teams to train marketers on how to leverage Agentic AI Partner cross-functionally with other teams like Content Systems and WWE to guide their roadmaps ensuring cohesiveness and marketing best practices are kept top of mind About the team We’re a team of 100 including product marketers, marketing strategists, merchandisers, channel leads and beyond, sitting in NYC, Seattle, Santa Monica and now expanding to Barcelona, Spain. Our team is filled with a wide range of personalities and backgrounds including experts in video influencer strategy, large-scale 360‑marketing campaigns and beyond who have come from backgrounds in retail tech, print media, digital media, academia and agency work. Qualifications Experience in professional non‑internship marketing Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives Amazon is an equal‑opportunity employer.
