We are looking for a professional with a strong commercial mindset, excellent empathy, and the ability to manage complex treatment budgets and financing.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized advice and accompaniment to patients during their clinic visits.Present treatment plans and budgets effectively to maximize conversion rates.Manage and explain financing options and economic‑financial arrangements.Perform proactive follow‑ups on potential and existing patients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Coordinate with the medical team to ensure patient needs are met at every stage of the treatment.Meet and exceed the commercial objectives set by the clinic management.Candidate RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the dental or healthcare sector.Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and negotiation skills.
