About Us We are in search of an experienced and versatile individual to take up the role of Operations Manager to oversee our ATS operations for our FRANCO region. You will be incharge of leading the ATS business strategy for our FRANCO region, this would include the achievement of operational and financial targets and growth of the business. Duties & Responsibilities Budgeting and Financial Management: Work with financial teams to develop budgets for camp and catering operations. Regulatory Compliance: candidate must be well informed about relevant health, safety, and food service regulations and ensure compliance Licensing: Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and permits for camp and catering operations. Demonstrating of good understanding of the remote camp hospitality business. Operational Leadership and Effective leadership to Lead strategic organization initiatives including expansion of operations. Client/Customer relationships, to oversee client individuals, organizations operations and support processes by ensuring a high degree of client service. Maintain Client Relations to understand their needs; address concerns and provide updates on Operations Skills and Competencies Exposure to sales and marketing Retention of Business and experience in large scale contracts Strong interpersonal skills Good Business Acumen Strong Negotiation skills Entrepreneurial and proven financial skills. Decisiveness & Persuasion. Qualifications Business degree/Diploma in Food and Beverage or Culinary Studies from reputable institution 5-10 years experience at Senior Management level in related industry Fluency in french an added advantage
