Why This Role Attracts High Performers Commissions from 32.5% up to 65%. Average agent earnings: €8,000–€12,000/month. Top performers exceed €18,000+/month. We invest over €10,000/month per agent in marketing to support your pipeline. Qualified leads and pre-booked online meetings from our in-house Telemarketing team. Access to all new developments + resales, giving you the full market offering. Full support: Sales Managers, marketing, admin and back-office – so you can focus on sales. Structured onboarding in December or January 2026 – start quickly and confidently. Frequent trainings and presentations with lawyers, banks, interior designers and market experts. Your Responsibilities Conduct property viewings (in-person & virtual). Host online meetings presenting areas, developments and investment opportunities. Guide clients professionally through the full buying process. Maintain follow-up and communication through our CRM. Collaborate with Sales Managers and join team meetings and training sessions. What You Need Native or strong German, plus good English. Based on the Costa del Sol with a valid driving licence and car. Experience in real estate or high-value sales preferred, but strong motivation and willingness to learn are essential. Professional, reliable and client-focused attitude. You are free to organise your own schedule, though most agents choose to visit the office 2–3 days per week for support and guidance – and our most successful agents consistently follow this routine.
