Execute production drawings, prototypes, and installation plans for production and on-site use, developing solutions that meet project requirements and technical specifications. Manage material orders and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and the implementation of innovative methods. Maintain high-quality standards through audits and design reviews, collaborate closely with project teams, train colleagues, and accurately document all design activities. Ensure the quality and accuracy of production information, incorporate lessons learned from previous projects, and identify potential risks to support smooth and reliable execution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, internal standards, and tools, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team. A higher education in engineering as well as experience of successfully working as a Design Engineer in the façade industry. Technical Proficiency: The ability to work with Autodesk Inventor (required), AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, Grasshopper. Communication Skills: The ability to represent the company and communicate with international colleagues in English (at least B2 level). Skills and Work Approach: Good planning and time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a strong team.
