We're looking for you We are seeking a Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics Specialist to lead the end-to-end design and deployment of machine learning, advanced analytics, and software solutions that drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology—translating complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready initiatives. You will leverage predictive modeling, advanced analytics, and modern software solutions to generate actionable insights and optimize decision-making.You will own use cases end-to-end: from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions, to validating impact and ensuring successful adoption across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and data-driven solutions to address concrete business problems. Build robust data pipelines, features, and integrations in collaboration with data engineering and RnD teams. Package models and solutions for production use ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data quality checks to enable high-performing models. Evaluate model performance against defined KPIs and optimize as needed (retraining, tuning, refactoring). Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementation plans. Work with engineers and architects to align on standards, security, and integration patterns while retaining ownership of the AI solution lifecycle. Document solutions, architectures, and processes to ensure transparency, reuse, and operational continuity. Ensure all implementations follow responsible AI principles, regulatory requirements, and internal governance. Support knowledge
