The Role The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant supports the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise identity security solutions. The role involves working closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enhance authentication, authorization, and governance capabilities. The consultant provides advisory, engineering support, troubleshooting, and integration guidance across hybrid identity environments (Entra ID, Active Directory, and related technologies). Who You Are Qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years in cybersecurity services. Spanish and English (B2 level or higher). Certifications: SC-300 Identity & Access Administrator, SC-100 Cybersecurity Architect, AZ-104 Azure Administrator. Skills and Knowledge Identity lifecycle management Authentication & authorization design Conditional Access and Zero Trust policy design Hybrid identity troubleshooting Privileged access concepts (PIM, PAM) Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in high‑security, highly regulated environments Analytical thinking and problem‑solving Documentation and reporting skills Key Responsibilities Support the design and deployment of IAM solutions (Ping, SailPoint, etc.) aligned with enterprise security architecture. Assist in integrating applications with Entra ID (SSO, provisioning, access policies). Troubleshoot identity‑related issues across cloud and on‑prem components. Advise on best practices for identity governance, Zero Trust, and privileged access. Develop and maintain documentation, technical procedures, and operational guidelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (security, infrastructure, compliance). Participate in migration projects (AD to Entra ID, app onboarding). Provide expert input to improve IAM processes and controls.
