The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager  to lead and coordinate complex transformation initiatives across our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with PMOs  and consulting-led Transformation Offices , and will be comfortable engaging with executive committees  and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program management for strategic transformation initiatives across multiple client engagements. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, client PMOs, and consulting transformation offices. Facilitate governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting to ensure program alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, risk registers, and performance dashboards. Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication at all levels, including C-level executives. Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and strategic planning. Who You Are Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in consulting or large-scale transformation environments. Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe), and tools. Demonstrated experience working with or within consulting firms' transformation offices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) and Native Spanish Preferred Skills: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification. Experience in sectors such as finance, telecom, energy, or public sector. Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or similar.
