(Hybrid). Responsibilities Coordinate a roadmap of digital servicing tools, managing budgets, resources, and timelines. Assess and validate business opportunities through structured business cases. Identify synergies or overlaps across regional and global projects to ensure portfolio consistency. Define and track delivery milestones, manage dependencies, and lead governance routines. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with technical and operational stakeholders. Monitor progress, escalate risks, and report updates to internal audiences. Oversee closure activities including stakeholder validation, transition to operations, and benefit tracking. Requirements + 5 years’ experience in project delivery or PMO roles in financial services. Previous experience working across business and technical teams. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Familiarity with Agile environments is an asset.
