This role spans solution architecture, delivery leadership, and client engagement across SAP S/4HANA and next-generation SAP platforms. You will operate at the intersection of business transformation, enterprise architecture, and AI-enabled SAP solutions , shaping end-to-end SAP landscapes while guiding organizations through complex digital journeys. The role offers exposure to large global programs, strategic decision-making, and leadership of cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and architect end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid). Define enterprise SAP architecture roadmaps, including Business AI, BTP, integrations, security, and data platforms. Drive SAP Business AI strategy, use-case identification, PoCs, and embedded AI adoption across business processes. Engage directly with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable SAP solutions. Lead Phase 0 / transformation preparation, readiness assessments, and transformation workshops. Build solution proposals, business cases, and effort estimates for new and ongoing engagements. Mentor and guide delivery teams, ensuring architectural rigor, quality, and timely outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor, providing independent viewpoints aligned with SAP best practices and product roadmaps. Required Experience & Skills Strong hands-on experience across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business AI ecosystem. Proven background in SAP solution architecture or senior technical/functional leadership roles. Experience delivering multiple full-lifecycle SAP programs or AI-driven SAP initiatives. Exposure to at least two transformation approaches: Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid. Deep understanding of SAP toolchain, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture principles. Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to engage from C-level to delivery teams . Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to multiple SAP modules and cross-functional enterprise processes. Experience combining delivery leadership with consulting or presales activities . Prior industry domain experience or exposure to non-SAP platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Salesforce).
