Swedish-Speaking Regional CRM Manager (iGaming) On behalf of our client, a fast-growing international company within iGaming and online entertainment – we are looking for an experienced Swedish-speaking Regional CRM Manager to take full ownership of the Swedish market. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who truly understands Swedish player behaviour, local regulations, and CRM best practices, and who wants real influence over strategy, execution, and results. The Role As Regional CRM Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the full customer lifecycle strategy for Sweden. Your mission is simple (but not easy): drive engagement, retention, and long-term player value through smart, compliant, and data‑driven CRM initiatives. You will work cross‑functionally with product, content, design, and data teams, while acting as the go‑to person for everything CRM related in your market. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage localized CRM strategies for the Swedish market (Email, SMS, push, onsite messaging, etc.) Own and optimise the full customer journey: onboarding, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation Plan, execute, and evaluate CRM campaigns with a strong focus on segmentation, personalisation, and ROI Analyse performance and proactively act on insights related to retention, conversion, CLV, and churn Ensure all CRM activities comply with local regulations and responsible gaming standards Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver relevant, timely, and impactful communication Act as the main point of contact for all CRM initiatives related to Sweden Qualifications Native Swedish speaker with proven experience working with the Swedish market Fluent in English, written and spoken 3+ years of hands‑on CRM experience, preferably within iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment Strong understanding of Swedish user behaviour, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape Experience working with CRM platforms such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar Highly data‑driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis Structured, self‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Competitive salary package A key role in a fast‑growing international company High level of ownership and autonomy over your market Flexible working hours Collaborative, ambitious, and forward‑thinking work culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
