Start your journey with us Were seeking an experiencedUX Writerwith an ecommerce backgroundto joinContent Design teamin Barcelona If youre ready to soar were ready to take you there Why eDreams ODIGEO Join the worlds leading travel subscription platform and one of the largest ecommerce businesses in Europe Millions of customers every year across 44 markets 5 brands over 725 million Prime members since launching in 2017 More than 100 million searches per day on our websites more than 6 billion AI daily predictions Over 1700 employees More than 60 different nationalities from all continents 99 permanent contracts 36 average age Were the worlds leading travel subscription platform and one of the largest ecommerce businesses in Europe We are a tech company revolutionising the travel booking experience through our consumer insight innovative technology market leadership and Prime the worlds first travel subscription program What you will do: The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers As an UX Writer within the Content Design team you will be in charge of: Drive growth for Prime: Design UX content that influences purchasing decisions increases subscription conversions and fosters loyalty Lead highimpact projects: Take ownership of complex initiatives balancing user needs and business goals Design with clarity:Write simple human and effective interface copyfrom buttons and tooltips to flows and onboarding journeys Shape journeys: Map and improve Primes lifecycle touchpoints reducing friction and designing for retention Collaborate with Product Designers:Work side by side to design intuitive usercentred flows where content and design complement each other seamlessly Turn insights into action: Partner with UX Researchers to translate findings into measurable content improvements Scale quality: Build and maintain content standards guidelines and frameworks for consistency Mentor others:Support midlevel writers raising the bar for content quality Influence strategy: Champion the role of UX writing in product decisions collaborating with designers PMs and stakeholders Partner with peers: Work with fellow Senior UX Writers to develop teamwide initiatives that advance content design practice and raise standards across the organisation What you need to succeed: Job RequirementsBring your unique perspective speak up and offer disruptive solutionsYoull have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our teamHeres what you need to succeed: 5 years experience as a UX Writer Content Designer or Content Strategist At least 1 year in ecommerce or subscriptionbased products Professionallevel written English all nationalities welcome; English is our working language Confident in applying user psychology and UX research to shape flows and boost conversions Skilled at leading crossfunctional projects and navigating stakeholder discussions Curious about AI and emerging technologies and open to applying them in your work A team player who thrives in a collaborative international environment The skills that set you up for success Content design and UX writing expertise Applied user psychology and UX research methods Strategic thinking and project ownership Analytical mindset and ability to measure impact Stakeholder influence and collaboration Awareness of AI amp; emerging technologies Whats in it for you?
