Your ideas and work will help shape how independent music businesses run their operations and how we evolve as a company.What you’ll do As our new Senior Product Manager , you’ll be part of the Product team and report to the Head of Product. Your mission? Help us build useful, reliable features that meet the needs of our users: independent labels and distributors from around the world.Your main responsibilities will include:Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needsDefine the product roadmap and prioritize features to achieve business objectivesCross-functional CollaborationCross-functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to drive product development from conception to launch.Foster collaboration and communication across teams to ensure a unified product visionMarket Research & Analysis Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and define product requirementsUse data-driven insights to make informed product decisionsProduct Development Lead the product development process, including defining specifications, creating user stories, and managing the product backlogPrioritize and balance technical and product initiatives — ensuring that technical needs, improvements, and refactors are properly addressed alongside new feature development.Drive the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.Product Launch & Marketing Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop go-to-market strategiesSupport successful product launches through marketing collateral, product training, and sales enablementPerformance Tracking & Optimization Establish key metrics and analytics to track product performanceContinuously gather feedback and iterate to optimize product features and user experienceMentor and guide other product team membersProvide direction and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellenceWhat we’re looking for We’d love to work with someone who’s curious, collaborative, and comfortable navigating complexity. If you enjoy solving real-world product challenges with a hands-on team, you’ll feel right at home.We’re also looking for someone who thinks strategically, uses data to guide decisions, and thrives working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, marketing, and other teams to deliver products that truly make an impact.You’ll be a great fit if you have: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches and strategy executionBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plusStrong understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management principlesExcellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisionsCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering impactful productsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationshipsLeadership abilities to motivate and inspire teams, with adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English and Spanish is essential.
