Freelance Contract | 12 Months (Likely Extension)Remote – SpainFull-Time Commitment (9–5, Monday–Friday)We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Architect for a long-term freelance engagement supporting a customer in the telecommunications sector . This is a critical role requiring full dedication to a single 12-month project. The successful candidate must be available exclusively for this engagement and not undertake any other work during the contract period.The RoleYou will act as both a strategic architect and a hands-on technical leader , owning the design and delivery of solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Microsoft data platform.The customer is currently operating multiple marketing platforms and is undertaking a major transformation to consolidate marketing and customer data into Microsoft Customer Insights . In parallel, there are several configuration, optimisation, and data clean-up initiatives across their existing D365 CE estate.This role requires someone who can operate confidently with senior stakeholders while remaining deeply involved in solution delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Customer InsightsDesign and deliver the consolidation of multiple marketing platforms into Customer InsightsProvide hands-on leadership across D365 CE configuration, optimisation, and clean-up activitiesDefine and govern Dataverse architecture , data modelling, and integration patternsTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutionsProvide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teamsEnsure solutions align with Microsoft best practices for performance, security, and scalabilityDeliver reporting and insights using Power BIMust-Have ExperienceProven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE ArchitectStrong hands-on expertise with:DataversePower BIDemonstrable experience delivering Customer Insights solutionsExperience working in complex enterprise environmentsAbility to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on levelsEssential RequirementsEU Citizen with the right to work across the EU.Based in the EU and able to work remotelyFluent English speaker (spoken and written)Available for full-time, exclusive dedication (9–5, Monday–Friday)This is a freelance role — candidates must already be set up and compliant as a freelancer within the EU , including all relevant tax, social security, and legal requirementsContract DetailsContract Type: FreelanceDuration: 12 months (strong likelihood of extension)Location: Remote (Spain)Commitment: Full-time, exclusive engagementIf you are a senior Dynamics 365 professional seeking a long-term freelance engagement with high visibility, strategic influence, and hands-on responsibility, we would be keen to speak with you.
