The team is involved in various projects such as financial projections prediction algorithms prospect segmentation customer behavior analysis etc.Youll be working in the data department leading the data operations team. Youll work closely with the Operations team. As the point of contact your role would be to manage all the data projects related to your stakeholders. Youll report to the of Data with constant interactions with members of the comex.Your mission Operations Analytics : Youll provide data and analysis to improve the efficiency and profitability of the Operations team which involves more than 900 peopleBusiness Strategy: Youll lead strategic analysis informing top management and contributing to the long-term orientation of the Operations team.Analytics Engineering: Ensure data reliability and consistency of the data Youre responsible for the transformation aggregation and exposure of the data though tables dashboards and sheets. This includes maintaining and elaborating dashboards to make data accessible to the Operations team and implementing alerting systems to spot potential problems and anticipate market changes.Management: Youll lead and structure your team including recruiting new members.
