Conversation Rate Optimisation Specialist – French fluentJoin Paradox ENOverview We’re building an advanced ecosystem that combines behavioral science, technology, and AI to help people defy their limits. As a CRO Specialist, you’ll turn growth hypotheses into measurable wins, rewrite systems, and drive both business and human transformation.Key Responsibilities Diagnose & Prioritize: Conduct in‑depth funnel analysis across all Paradox touchpoints, identify friction points, and prioritize using structured frameworks.Design & Run Experiments: Plan, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests end‑to‑end, collaborating with UX, Dev, and Product teams.Analyze & Communicate: Extract actionable insights from analytics dashboards and present findings with clarity to influence high‑level decision‑making.Optimize User Experience: Combine quantitative data with qualitative feedback to improve flow, trust, and engagement across key funnels.Systemize Growth Learnings: Build and maintain a central CRO knowledge base, creating templates, SOPs, and playbooks to scale what works.Tools & Skills GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Mixpanel, Figma, Looker Studio, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Optibase, Optimizely.Experience & Qualifications 3+ years in CRO, growth experimentation, or performance marketing, preferably within SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.Personality & Fit Curiosity: Dig deep into user behavior to uncover insights behind the data.Precision: Care about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results.Agility: Move fast, adapt instantly to new findings, and turn insights into tests within hours.Language Requirements French: Native/Bilingual.English: Fluent written and spoken, sufficient for team collaboration.How to Apply Click “Apply for this position” to fill out a short questionnaire (7–8 minutes) and submit your CV.
