Paid Media Specialist – Alfara del Patriarca, Valencian Community, SpainBuscamos un/a Paid Media Specialist con experiencia sólida en la gestión de campañas de SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) y Social Ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) . Un perfil con visión estratégica, orientación a resultados y capacidad para ejecutar campañas multicanal con autonomía , entendiendo el impacto real del Paid Media en el negocio.Queremos una persona que no solo ejecute campañas, sino que también tenga inquietud por optimizar, proponer mejoras, explorar nuevas soluciones (incluida IA) y contribuir activamente al rendimiento global de cada proyecto.Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de Paid Media orientadas a performance .Planificar, lanzar y optimizar campañas en:Otras plataformas PPC según el proyectoAnalizar resultados y tomar decisiones basadas en datos: KPIs, conversión, ROAS, CPA , etc.Liderar la comunicación directa con clientes , alineando la ejecución con sus objetivos de negocio.Comprender el customer journey y proponer acciones multicanal para mejorar captación y conversión.Crear dashboards e informes que permitan visualizar el impacto real de las campañas.Detectar oportunidades y proponer mejoras en campañas, automatización, analítica y procesos .Participar activamente en la evolución de las estrategias digitales , aportando una visión global de performance.+3 años de experiencia gestionando campañas de Paid Media (SEM y Social Ads).Dominio de plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y LinkedIn Ads .Experiencia en proyectos de lead generation y eCommerce performance .Perfil claramente analítico , orientado a la toma de decisiones basada en datos.Conocimientos avanzados de GA4, Looker Studio y Google Tag Manager .Experiencia en entornos de marketing digital, estrategia online o negocio digital .Buenos habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.Jornada laboral completa .Oportunidad real de crecimiento profesional en un entorno en expansión.Ambiente de trabajo dinámico, colaborativo y orientado a resultados .Participación en proyectos diversos y desafiantes , con espacio para proponer e innovar.Si te apasiona el Paid Media, el performance marketing y el análisis de datos , y buscas un entorno donde tu criterio y visión estratégica marquen la diferencia, queremos conocerte .#J-18808-Ljbffr
