WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Buying Support:  You assist in developing the seasonal buying strategy for Men’s category, taking ownership and ensuring alignment with commercial goals and brand priorities.  Market Monitoring:  You track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform assortment decisions and highlight growth opportunities for men’s collections.  Product Collaboration:  You work closely with Designers to develop commercially viable products that balance creativity, trend relevance, and profitability. Supplier Management:  You support supplier communications, cost negotiations, and sample development to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.  Strategic Initiatives:  You contribute to initiatives, helping define key products and drop strategies to drive impact and optimize stock flow for both categories Go-To-Market Preparation:  You assist in preparing buying presentations, assortment plans, and supporting documentation for launches and seasonal activities.  WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your Educational Background:  You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related discipline, providing a strong foundation for buying and product development.  Your Strengths:  You are analytical, organized, and curious about market and consumer trends. You have an outside-in perspective, a keen attention to detail, and thrive under tight deadlines.  Your Profile:  You bring 1–3 years of experience in a buying support role within fashion, ideally fast fashion. You work well in cross-functional teams (Design, Planning, VM), and communicate clearly. You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
