Keep reading How will you contribute to PropHero? As our Senior Accounting Analyst, you will play a key role supporting PropHero's Spanish consolidated entity (including operations in Australia, Indonesia, and Ireland). Working closely with the Controlling Manager and the Financial Director (CFO), you will focus on critical initiatives such as: Your success in this mission will be stellar if you succeed in the following: General Accounting: Registering journal entries, amortizations, provisions, and other necessary accounting operations to accurately reflect the company's financial situation. Invoicing and Payments: You will execute invoicing and payments, assisting in the development of policies to ensure smooth monthly closings and accurate reporting. ERP Development: We have migrated our ERP from Holded to Microsoft Dynamics 360. We are currently in the process of developing automated procedures to scale the company. Audit Preparation: You will help prepare the company for an audit, ensuring compliance and readiness from an accounting perspective. Accounting Close: You will actively participate in monthly and annual closings, ensuring all information is registered and correctly classified on time. Relationship with External Advisors: You will coordinate with external tax and labor advisors to ensure all legal obligations are met correctly and on time. Tax Filings: You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, complying with government regulations. What will make you succeed with us?  Experience: More than 4 years of experience in Accounting or similar roles, preferably in dynamic and fast-growing environments. Experience in Spanish GAAP (PGC): Solid knowledge of the Spanish General Chart of Accounts (Plan General Contable - PGC ) and Spanish tax regulations (VAT, Social Security, Corporate Tax, withholdings). ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Business Central Dynamics and Holded. Experience in ERP migrations is a plus. Location: Resident in Valencia or Madrid, with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office, the rest remote). Experience in the Big 4 and large tax advisory firms, or similar, will also be valued.
