You will play a crucial role in leading one of the largest transformations within MDLZ, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of SAP S/4 HANA and o9 systems. SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear which will transform and optimise business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. You will be a core member of the MEU S4/09 Leadership Team, partnering with leaders across functions in the Region as well as the Global Transformation Office to define and deliver an effective change strategy. You will also be responsible for establishing and managing the MEU Change Team to drive change management delivery and adoption. How you will contribute You will: Be the senior change partner accountable for change management for S4O9 MEU across the program. Develop an inspiring and effective MEU change management strategy for S4O9 aligned with the overall global S4O9 implementation plans. Design, recruit and lead the MEU Change Management organization (>15 people) and drive the engagement and development across the team.
