Descripción del trabajo Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years of experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, and a total portfolio under development of over 18 GW. Project Finance Senior Analyst – Madrid Responsibilities End-to-end execution of complex Project Finance transactions at an international level. Analysis of investment / divestment opportunities in renewable energy projects. Structure and negotiate financing agreements with financial institutions. Oversee and validate detailed financial models and valuation analysis for project funding and investment decision-making. Manage external advisers (financial, legal, technical, insurance, agents) throughout the financing process. Prepare strategic documents, financial presentations, and risk assessments for Investment Committees and senior leadership. Prepare and oversee analysis and monitoring documents for internal Committees. Analysis of financial sensitivities (main variables, analysis of deviations, etc.) to ensure project viability. Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering. 8‑10 years of experience in Project Finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or structured finance, ideally in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector. Fluent in English (C1‑C2 level). Italian or French is a plus. High proficiency in Excel (including financial modelling), PowerPoint, and financial information systems.
