We are looking to hire a Sales Operations / CRM profile for its Iberia organization.This role has been created to strengthen support for the commercial area and to ensure an efficient, consistent, and business-aligned use of sales tools, acting as a key link between business and systems.What will your mission be?You will be responsible for ensuring that the CRM and commercial systems are used optimally by the sales team, adapting global processes to local needs and supporting users in their day-to-day activities.Key responsibilitiesProvide advanced functional support for Salesforce (data management, uploads, reporting, and campaign tracking).Coordinate the interaction between CRM and ERP systems (SAP), ensuring data quality and consistency.Support the sales team in their use of tools through training, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.Translate business needs into viable solutions within the systems.Contribute to commercial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment with global standards.What kind of profile are we looking for?Previous experience (around 2 years) in CRM, sales operations, business support, or systems roles with a functional orientation.Solid knowledge of Salesforce; experience with SAP or other ERPs is a plus.Service-oriented profile with strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical users.Analytical, well-organized mindset, with an interest in understanding end-to-end commercial processes.LanguagesFluent English (mandatory).Fluent Spanish.Portuguese is a plus.What the company offersA stable project within a growing international company.A key, visible role within the commercial area.A structured professional environment with global systems and best practices.Hybrid working model (2 remote days per week, offices in Sant Cugat).Competitive benefits package.Real opportunities for learning and professional development.If you are motivated by working at the intersection of business and technology, in an international environment with direct impact on sales, this role could be a great fit for you.
