We’re a boutique Destination Management Company specialising in bespoke travel experiences across Spain & Portugal. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to strengthen how we work with our partner network and how partner information is managed internally. We’re looking for a Partner Relations Coordinator to join our team in Sevilla and support the day-to-day management of partner relationships, contracts, and partner data.
About the Role
This role combines communication, organisation, and data work . You’ll be in regular contact with our partner network (hotels, guides, transport providers, experience partners) and will also play an important role in making sure partner information, costs, and conditions are clearly structured and up to date in our systems. It’s a great opportunity for someone with some experience in travel or hospitality who wants to grow into a role that sits between relationships, product, and internal coordination. What you’ll be doing Communicating with our network of partner hotels, guides, transport providers, and experience partners The review and organisation of contracts, rate sheets, and partner conditions Inputting and updating partner costs, rates, and key information in internal systems Helping ensure partner information is clear and easy for Trip Design and Operations teams to use Supporting improvements to how partner and product information is structured internally Who this role is for Someone with experience in travel, hospitality, or a related sector (DMC, tour operator, hotel, etc.) Comfortable working with detailed information such as rates, conditions, and contracts Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented Fluent in Spanish and a very high level of English (Portuguese a plus) Based in or near Sevilla You’ll join a small, friendly team where your work is visible and appreciated You’ll learn how a boutique travel company really works, across partners, product, and operations You’ll gain hands‑on experience with partner relations, contracts, and pricing in an international context You’ll be trusted with real tasks and responsibilities, with guidance and support as you learn You’ll join a company that’s growing steadily and thoughtfully, with a long‑term vision #J-18808-Ljbffr
