From concept to design, through manufacturing and distribution — every step is driven by innovation and collaboration.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our PMO team. This role will ensure that projects are aligned with business strategy, executed under PMO governance standards, and delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The position plays a key role in portfolio management, cross‑functional coordination, and continuous improvement of project practices.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeStrategic Alignment & GovernanceDefine and align project scope, objectives, and deliverables with sponsors and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards and promote data‑driven decision‑making.Portfolio & Request ManagementManage the PMO request backlog, ensuring proper documentation and timely approval or rejection.Classify and maintain projects within the PMO portfolio according to strategic priorities.Project Management & ExecutionDevelop and maintain project plans, including scope, cost, and schedule.Lead project ceremonies: kickoff, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reports.Communicate status, risks, and corrective actions to stakeholders.Resource & Risk ManagementPlan projects based on resource capacity and availability.Assess risks, define mitigation plans, and escalate when required.Quality, Change & Continuous ImprovementEnsure project quality and stakeholder satisfaction.Capture lessons learned and drive improvements in project execution.Support change management by training teams on methodologies, processes, and tools.RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.Experience in Project Management.Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and financial control.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.English level B2 or higher.Nice to HavePMP certification or Master’s in Project Management.Experience in improving PMO processes and procedures.Familiarity with AI, data analytics, automation, or data visualisation tools.Experience in R&D projects.Reporting & CollaborationReports to : Head of PMOCollaborates with : Product & R&D&i teamsWhat We Offer☕ Coffee & Snacks22 days of holidays1 day working from home (after the first month)A collaborative environment where your impact mattersThe opportunity to contribute to sustainable mobility projectsSelection ProcessInitial call with People teamInterview with Head of PMO and key stakeholders (C‑level).Job Offer#J-18808-Ljbffr
