Your primary responsibility will be to review and ensure the technical quality of all materials, from initial receipt to final delivery, classifying assets (images, videos, metadata) and archiving them for enriching our Digital Asset Management (DAM). You will also take on a range of tasks and responsibilities to support our projects.ResponsibilitiesQuality Review of the incoming and Quality Control of the outgoing video and digital assets.Manages the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform by uploading the delivered assets and ensuring accurate metadata tagging.Secure that projects adhere to agreed-upon functional specifications and the QA team standards.Collaborate with the internal studios and external parties to achieve technical quality for all deliverables.Monitor schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery, particularly in handling large volumes of files.Documents, tracks, and verifies defects and resolutions throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure files are correctly archived on storage servers for efficient future access.Required SkillsHigh knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, especially Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop.Experience in video editing or post-production workflows and processes.Solid understanding of technical specifications and digital formats for images, graphics, and video.Familiarity with color grading and VFX processes.Knowledge of project management platforms, such as Trello.High level of English and Spanish.Ability to handle large volumes of files and metadata with exceptional attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to follow and adapt to improvements and workflows.Proactive and collaborative attitude with a results‑driven approach.An enthusiastic, positive team player and eager to learn.Meticulousness to thoroughly and accurately perform Quality Revision and Quality Control by carefully examining all aspects and ensuring nothing is overlooked.Additional SkillsExperience in marketing or production environments.Competence in Excel/Smartsheet.Knowledge of or interest in Automation and AI processes.What We OfferIndefinite contractCompetitive salary, negotiable according to experience.23 working days of vacation (+ 2 long weekends of your choice).Your birthday offIncorporation in a multinational company with high professional, economic and financial solvency that leads new, innovative and large‑scale projects.#Hybrid modelAbout CraftTo achieve success in the world of global adaptation and production, you need more than just clear processes and smart technology, you need true craftsmen and women – people who care deeply about their clients’ brands and who work tirelessly to drive maximum cost savings for a client while ensuring that each brand’s story remains impactful as it travels around the world.Craft currently employs over 1000 full‑time employees, operating in 120 countries with hubs in 17 strategic locations specializing in broadcast/video production, print production, digital production and global translation.While we are wholly owned by McCann World group, we have been purposely established as a truly independent company within the Interpublic Group of Companies.McCann Worldgroup is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
