If you are passionate about building the radar capability of tomorrow, we invite you to join our team.ResponsibilitiesSupport radar system setup, software updates, and dry‑run FAT activities at CEAR.Execute and document FAT/SAT procedures and troubleshoot system issues.Analyze radar performance and contribute to system optimisation.Participate in trials involving aircraft, UAVs and ground targets.Use lab instrumentation (network analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers).Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams during subsystem integration and testing.Prepare technical reports and presentations for project management.Contribute to planning, coordination and control of subsystem verification activities.QualificationsDegree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or similar.5+ years of experience in radar system integration and testing.Advanced knowledge of primary radar systems and signal processing.Skilled in MATLAB, Linux and lab instrumentation.Experience in Verification & Validation and radar performance analysis (VERIF).Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.English is a must; Spanish is a plus.Eligibility for NATO clearance.What We OfferWork on strategic defense programs.Permanent contract with flexible benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, etc.).Defined career development plan in a high‑tech, mission‑driven environment.Are you interested in joining a team of technological excellence?
