SEO Specialist
Buscamos una persona para incorporar al departamento SEO de nuestra agencia en Madrid. Se requiere una persona con experiencia en el sector y ganas de afrontar nuevos retos en el área del marketing digital y específicamente en el posicionamiento en buscadores (SEO). Se valorará la habilidad y experiencia para trabajar en varios proyectos simultáneamente y la capacidad de planificación y gestión de proyectos SEO de nivel internacional , en coordinación con las diferentes áreas y equipos implicados.
Lo que buscamos:
- Alto conocimiento de la publicidad online, métricas, mejores prácticas y nuevas tendencias del sector.
- Más de 2 años de experiencia como SEO Specialist.
- Dominio del inglés (se hará prueba de conversación). Nivel de inglés C1 o superior con capacidad para mantener reuniones y redactar (se hará prueba).
- Conocimiento de Drupal. Se valorará manejo de otros CMS (Wordpress, Magento, Shopify…)
- Excepcionales habilidades analíticas, cuantitativas, de resolución de problemas y de pensamiento crítico.
- Buena capacidad de comunicación y gestión de varios clientes/proyectos digitales.
- Experiencia en el uso de herramientas: SEMRush, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console y Looker Studio.
- Experiencia en optimización para e-commerces.
- Debe ser autónomo, versátil y capaz de adaptarse a los constantes cambios del mercado y del entorno.
- Estar al día de las últimas novedades en el mundo del SEO.
- Gran capacidad de organización.
Funciones y Responsabilidades:
Buscamos una persona que sea capaz de gestionar grandes cuentas nacionales e internacionales dentro del ámbito del SEO y el Marketing Digital. La persona se encargará de la gestión, ejecución y análisis continuo de proyectos SEO de gran alcance, trabajando para grandes marcas a nivel internacional.
Estudios y ExperienciaExperiencia laboral:
- Experiencia laboral demostrable mínima de 2 años.
- Experiencia en gestión de clientes: planificación, trato directo, preparación de presentaciones y gestión diaria con clientes, así como la preparación de estrategias y estudios de mercado/competidores.
- Conocimientos SEO demostrables en agencia de marketing online con experiencia en desarrollo, implementación y monitorización de acciones SEO.
- Conocimientos de SEO OnSite demostrable que acrediten la capacidad para optimizar una landing page desde el punto de vista de los buscadores (Title, meta data, H1, enlazado interno, etc.).
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos conjuntos SEO/SEM para estrategias de optimización One Search.
- Experiencia en SEO internacional.
- Experiencia en medición y reporte del rendimiento de las campañas SEO.
- Experiencia SEO en búsqueda local (Google MyBusiness).
- Conocimientos de técnicas de SEO Off Site (Link Building, outreach & engagement, acciones de PR).
Experiencia demostrada en las siguientes herramientas web y SEO:
- GA4
- Google Search Console
- Screaming Frog y otros crawlers del mercado
- Moz Tools
- KW research tools
- SEM Rush / Ahrefs/ Sistrix u otros
