Your work will directly influence strategic decisions by generating insights on demand, audiences, messaging, and product-market fit.This is a freelance/project-based position, ideal for someone who operates through their own company and can invoice per project. There is potential to transition into a permanent role if the arrangement proves successful for both parts.What you'll do~ Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and other digital channels~ Design and run experiments to test value propositions, audiences, and messaging for new business ideas~ Analyze performance data, create clear reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for new business decisions~ Implement and maintain tracking setups and monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing as needed~ Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages~ Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve performance and experimentation qualityWhat we look for:~3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms~ Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital advertising tools~ Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and data-driven decision-making~ Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation~ Ability to plan, execute, and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously~ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills~ Availability to collaborate on a freelance/project basis and operate through a company capable of invoicing per project
