About the opportunityJoin our Finance team as the Manager Financial Reporting where you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate timely and compliant financial reporting across the N26 Group.In this role you will :Coordinate the Financial Reporting function owning the end-to-end book close and reporting processes.Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams across Finance Risk Product and Technology to ensure data integrity and alignment between subledgers source systems and financial disclosures.Oversee and coordinate all book close activities ensuring completion within three business days while maintaining accuracy and compliance.Manage the preparation of annual and quarterly Financial Statements for N26 Group entities ensuring full compliance with relevant accounting standards and successful completion of audits.Continuously enhance our ERP and reporting landscape driving automation process optimization and data quality improvements.What you need to be successfulA university degree in Finance Accounting Controlling Audit or a related field.7 years of experience in Financial Services. Ideally from a financial consulting or a comparable role in banking or FinTech.Expert knowledge of IFRS. Previous experience with German GAAP (HGB) is a plus.Proven experience designing and implementing efficient reporting and closing processes.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.Fluency in English (written and spoken).
