Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Representative supporting the Spanish marketYoull be the go-to expert for advertisers and agencies, solving technical challenges, reporting bugs, and providing guidance on maximizing the advertising platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment where youll make a real impact on client success.ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for advertisers and agencies.Resolve technical issues promptly and accurately.Report bugs and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.Provide step-by-step guidance on leveraging the advertising platform.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of client concerns.Training Program:Duration: 15 working days (8 hours/day, schedule varies between 08:30 and 09:30).Compensation: 92.80 EUR per weekSalary Package:With company accommodation: 1,040.66EUR gross/month (including room allowance).Without accommodation: 1,366.17 EUR gross/month.Includes base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance.Private health insurance.ScheduleHours: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.Days Off: Two days off per week (scheduled by the shift manager and communicated four weeks in advance).Relocation SupportMoving to Lisbon is made easy with our comprehensive relocation package:Flight Assistance:Airport pick-up and reimbursement for your initial flight expenses.Annual round-trip flight ticket to your home country (within the EU).Accommodation:Fully furnished, company-rented shared apartments for your first 14 months.All utilities covered (water, gas, electricity, cable TV, internet).Apartments located 20-60 minutes from the workplace.Upon arrival: bedding, pillows, and a towel provided.Cultural Activities:Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking classes, and moreWhy Join Us?Work in a vibrant, international city.Gain valuable experience with a leading advertising platform.Enjoy mentorship and opportunities for career growth.Be part of a collaborative, supportive team environment.1-month trial period applies.Temporary contract with the potential for renewal and permanency.Start Dates: January 2, 2025, or January 6, 2025.Hiring ProcessApplication review by the client.Online language assessment.Final interview with the client.Ready to take the next step in your career?
