About Legal Counsel Data Governance, Commercial Contracts & Risk (m/f/d) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic in-house legal team. This pivotal role will serve as a subject matter expert in Data Governance and Privacy, while also providing crucial legal support across all aspects of our industrial operations, including commercial contracting,and acting as a key liaison for corporate insurance and risk management. The successful candidate will be a pragmatic, solutions-oriented professional who can balance regulatory compliance, commercial enablement and corporate risk mitigation within the industrial sector. You will be instrumental in safeguarding our company's data assets, commercial interests and operational resilience globally.Duties: I. Data Governance & Privacy- Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain the company's global Data Governance and Privacy compliance programs (e.g. GDPR and other relevant international data protection laws).Advisory: Provide timely and clear legal advice on data lifecycle management, including collection, use, retention, security and cross-border
