Join Sensorfact, Europe’s leader in smart monitoring for the industry, and play a key role in expanding our reach across Europe and beyond. Develop and execute the sales strategy for PdM or OEE solutions, ensuring achievement of revenue and demand generation targets Lead forecasting and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement impactful training and development programs Provide regular feedback and performance updates to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and overall success A proven sales leader with 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams and driving revenue growth Experienced in direct, outbound sales with a focus on short sales cycles and closing deals Proficient in using and optimizing CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and sales software tools Fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for growing businesses A collaborative team player who excels in both autonomous work and team-driven success Uncapped performance-based bonuses ~ Health insurance coverage ~ 500 euros for your home office setup (through Workwize) ~ Remote work flexibility: Up to 2 months per year (based on performance and manager approval) ~ Team-building activities, including Sales Week, outings, and company getaways ~
