Develop innovative e-commerce technology to enhance travel booking experiences for our customers. Why eDreams ODIGEO? What you will do: Work with a modern tech stack including ES6, ReactJS, Lodash, GraphQL, testing frameworks like Mocha, Chai, Jest, and tools like webpack, Babel. Contribute to a scalable micro-services environment, ensuring high-quality, clean code following SOLID principles and TDD. Collaborate within a high-performing, cross-functional team of developers, POs, UXers, QAs, and data scientists. Develop advanced algorithms and participate in product definition and ideation processes. Operate in an agile environment using Kanban, and actively participate in workshops and community events. Monitor and own product and technical OKRs. Our technical focus includes: Microservices architecture and modular frontend development. Monitoring using DataDog, BigQuery, and Grafana. Version control with Git & Bitbucket. Design systems with Emotion and Styled System. Adherence to clean code, SOLID principles, and TDD. What you need to succeed: Significant experience in a senior engineering role, guiding technical initiatives. Ability to improve code structure, architecture, and technical investments. Experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills, feedback, mentoring, and team collaboration. Fluent English and a passion for continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar. Curiosity for experimenting with emerging AI solutions. Ability to leverage AI tools for debugging, development, and productivity enhancement. Adaptability and quick learning of new AI features. Interest in collaborating with AI as a 'pair programmer'.
